Stunning location and great access
Our farm is situated in the small picturesque hamlet of Ellens Green, just 4 miles from Cranleigh and 2 miles from Rudgwick. We have 40 acres of fields and woodland ensuring peace and privacy for our guests but also easy access to many other local attractions.
Our land borders the scenic Surrey/Sussex border path with amazing views to both the South Downs & the Surrey Hills. There is a vast network of public footpaths and bridleways from our doorstep.
We are also on the route of the Surrey/Sussex cycle path which joins up with the Downs Link cycle path just one mile away. This gives access to a wonderful 25 mile off road scenic route for cyclists/riders and walkers.
Horsham is approx 10mins drive and Guildford only 12 miles to the west, we are on the No 63 bus route between both towns.
Dorking is only 8 miles to the north and the historic towns of Arundel and Petworth just a 20 minute drive to the south. The coastal towns of Worthing, Littlehampton and Brighton are only a 30 – 45 minute drive crossing the scenic South Downs on the way. London is just 40 mins on the train from Guildford.
The are many local pubs serving delicious food in the surrounding villages so you are never short of somewhere to eat, please see our attached list for more info or do ask us for advice.
There is ample safe off road parking in our large farmyard and secure storage areas for bikes etc.
Long term parking available as a small extra charge if going on a flight from Gatwick (12 miles) or Heathrow ( 25 miles approx). Transfers/collections from local stations and airports available, if required, by prior arrangement.
